BIOGRAPHY

Adele Clarice is an International singer and songwriter.  She was born in Cameroon (Bafoussam) where she spent part of her childhood. Later on, she and her family relocated to Buea, the South West Region of Cameroon when she was just 2 year old. She attended Catholic school great Soppo and later on completed her secondary education at the Presbyterian Comprehensive High School Buea, GHS Bokwaongo and Lyceé Molyko Buea. She graduated with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Buea.

Adele Clarice was introduced to the public as a singer at the tender age of 5 in church. She use to be the lead vocalist and the choir will back her up. She was the youngest in her church choir at the time.

In 2006, Adele-Clarice took part on a national Tv reality singing contest “Stars de 2demain” which earned her the 3rd position. In 2008 Adele and her group “Baam” participated in the Nescafe African Revelation competition, a local and Sub-regional competition which discovers emerging and talented singers. Their group emerged the winner of the competition and they toured Africa and France as part of the grand prize and as laureates of the competition.

In 2010, they released their first album ” Arise Africa”, and one of their debut singles from the album titled “Stand Up” which made outstanding waves in Africa was sponsored by Néscafe African Revelations and recorded in France.In 2012, Adele went solo and released her debut single

“Lost Gone”, which introduced her to the market. This song was positively received by fans. Later that year, she travelled to the United States to further her education and obtained a Masters Degree in Substance Abuse and addiction counseling and a degree in Cyber Security.

On the 28th September 2018, Adele-Clarice re-emerged with a brand new single “On Fait Comme Ca”, a great song for a perfect comeback. Since then, she has released a good number of songs including “Bad Boy”, Only 4U feat Dokta Frab which has earned her the name ” The Oueen of Cameroonain Diaspora”,

In 2020, Adele performed “Bad Boy” at the #InforAfrica virtual concert alongside Yemi Alade, Hiro and a host of others in partnership with The African Union, To raise funds for to fight the Covid pandemic from Africa. Her Latest baby “Jealous” is a story based on real life. In Adele’s words, “A Jealous mindset kills true love and I have learned to move on from Bad Energy”. She is ready for global dominance and she is set to release her debut
